LOVED the documentary
of the Old Home
Day Celebration.
We just kept thinking,
this is what America
is all about...real
people doing really
fun things together.
It's
really extraordinary
how the volunteers
get so involved.
It seems in so
many places people
have lost their
sense of community,
but it seems alive
and well in Carlisle.
How
lucky you are
to live there!

decorating our
tree last Sunday.
It is a wonderful
glimpse of Americana
and a great capture
of Old Home Day.

I have finally
had time to view
the video. IT
IS FANTASTIC!
We were supposed
to be on a plane
to FLA to visit
family but mother
nature stepped
in and gave us
a free night at
home.
Nothing better
than settling
in with the video,
what a treat.
It also reminded
me that summer
will be here once
again!!!! what
a juxtaposition,
the biggest snowfall
of late contrasted
with one of the
hottest days of
the year!!!
